Or when no one's in the room, just make sure to look around when H-scenes pop up to make sure. You can skip them and view later unless someone takes note of what you're playing and looks it up.

Every scene can be skimmed through by holding Ctrl, which speeds through all dialogue when held. The scenes will show for about 5 seconds while you hold Ctrl, so you can't play with people around.
